Currently, the construction machinery industry is accelerating its transformation towards electrification and intelligentization. The domestic market is stabilizing amidst adjustments, while the overseas market, though offering vast potential, is also facing increasingly fierce competition. During this critical period of transformation, SDLG, with the determination of a "second entrepreneurial venture," is convening its 2026 Global Supplier Conference. The aim is to discuss new prospects and jointly create a new chapter with partners, striving to build an independent, controllable, and world-class development system, and promoting a comprehensive upgrade of the company's strategy, cooperation models, and development path.

At the conference, LGMG Chairman Wang Zhizhong delivered an important speech entitled "New Starting Point, New Strategy, New Future," systematically explaining the strategic vision and action plan for the new era from the perspective of the entire group. The Chairman pointed out that Lingong Group has reached a new historical starting point, comprehensively upgrading its development strategy to "specializing and optimizing traditional product lines, appropriately expanding strategic emerging product lines, and achieving product clustering, technological modernization, efficient management, and internationalization." The principle for expanding strategic new product lines is to proceed within its capabilities, relying closely on its core traditional products and adhering to the theme of internationalization. To achieve this blueprint, the group will fully implement a new internationalization strategy of "comprehensive advancement and key breakthroughs." "Comprehensive advancement" refers to achieving internationalization in all areas, including marketing, after-sales service, overseas factories, and financial management; "key breakthroughs" focuses on major global markets, concentrating superior resources to quickly open up new markets. The Group will fully implement the international operation policy of "unconventional operation and leapfrog development", and ensure high-speed growth in overseas sales in the first three years through a series of unconventional measures, such as tilting the division of leadership responsibilities towards internationalization, accelerating the localization of talent, rapidly expanding the global branch network, and building an overseas financing platform.

Looking towards 2030, LGMG has set ambitious goals: to strive for a total group revenue exceeding 100 billion yuan, significant growth in overseas revenue, and to fully realize its strategic objective of "recreating a new Lingong." The Chairman emphasized that SDLG has entered a phase of rapid international development and specifically set clear expectations for its supplier partners: they must keep pace with Lingong's development and not fall behind. On the one hand, they must accelerate "intelligent transformation and digital upgrading" and technological transformation and upgrading to improve management level and supporting capabilities; on the other hand, and most importantly, they must ensure product quality, which is the foundation for achieving all strategic goals. SDLG will benchmark against international high-end brands and continue to manage suppliers according to high standards. At the same time, the group will further strengthen control and management, fully leveraging the advantages of shared key technologies, complementary market resources, synergistic brand effects, the scale advantage of centralized procurement, and the efficiency advantage of unified management and control, to continuously enhance overall market competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.

In his address at the conference, SDLG General Manager Wen Degang expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all supplier partners for their long-term support. He also provided an in-depth analysis of the industry situation, pointing out that the domestic market has entered a phase of slow growth and increasingly fierce competition, while the overseas market offers vast opportunities and is becoming a key engine for industry development. Faced with this situation, SDLG will be determined to embark on a "second entrepreneurial venture," firmly advancing its internationalization strategy and implementing the policy of "maintaining domestic market share while pursuing overseas development," striving to achieve leapfrog development.
